  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required for processing returns.
  • Certain items such as customized, discounted, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.
  • Products without original packaging or missing tags.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Items purchased during special clearance sales.

3. Return Process

4. Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement & Exchange

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement or exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, we will initiate a refund.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
