1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp notification with your order details.
  • After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared with you to help you monitor your shipment status.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery (if available): Orders can be delivered within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above a certain order value (Velora may update the free shipping threshold from time to time).
  • A nominal shipping charge may apply for orders below the minimum order value or for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most locations across India.
  • Additional COD charges may apply.
  • Please ensure the exact cash amount is available at the time of delivery.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, Velora ships only within India.
  • We are working on extending our services to international customers in the near future.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can use this link to check the real-time status of your shipment.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or festive rush.
  • In case of significant delays, our customer support team will notify you promptly.
